Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and limits for using ZextaOS. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these rules. Violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your academy account.

You may not use ZextaOS, including our white-label website builder, subdomains (`academy.zextaos.com`), connected custom domains, or Pawn AI tools, to host, generate, or distribute:

• Content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or explicitly offensive.
• Malware, viruses, phishing sites, spam, or any malicious code.
• Copyrighted material for which you do not have the explicit right to use.
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive claims about your academy or services.

ZextaOS reserves the right to instantly revoke any provided subdomain or disconnect any custom domain if it violates these terms or harms our brand reputation.

ZextaOS provides cloud storage for academy assets (such as background videos, images, student reports, and tournament certificates). Storage is metered based on your subscription tier:

• Coach Tier: 100 MB per month
• Academy OS (Starter): 300 MB per month
• Academy OS Pro / Yearly: 4 GB (4000 MB) per month

We permit standard media file types (e.g., JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF). Using the platform storage to host unrelated large files, software binaries, or using ZextaOS as a general-purpose file hosting service is prohibited.

The Pawn AI feature is provided to assist with academy management, lesson generation, and marketing tasks. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the safety filters of the AI engine. You are ultimately responsible for the content you publish to your students or public domains, even if generated by Pawn AI.

Automated scripting or botting against the Pawn AI interface is prohibited. You are restricted to the daily request limits defined in the Terms of Service.

ZextaOS provides administrative software tools, including student enrollment cycle tracking, coach attendance calculation, and access-control lockouts. You agree that:

• You may not represent ZextaOS as a payment processor, bank, escrow service, or financial intermediary to parents, students, or third parties.
• Any financial figures, fee ledgers, or payment records maintained in your dashboard are strictly internal administrative records created by you. ZextaOS does not process, handle, or escrow student tuition.
• All student tuition and coach payouts must be conducted independently through your own authorized banking channels.

We reserve the right to review content and storage usage. Accounts found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may have offending content removed, custom domains unlinked, or access suspended without prior notice.
