2. The 'First 42' and 'First 3' Early-Bird Program Explained

The standard catalog price for Academy OS is $64/month. To empower grassroots coaching academies and build long-term community partnerships, the first 42 registered academies lock in the flat $49/month rate permanently. As long as your academy subscription remains active, your rate will never increase.
The standard annual rate for Academy Pro is $459/year. The first 3 academies selecting the annual tier receive the promotional $329/year rate ($27.42/mo effective, saving $130 vs monthly billing).

3. What Happens When Daily AI Request Limits Are Hit?
Coaches frequently ask whether reaching their daily AI request limit will disrupt an ongoing tournament, video lesson, or student access:

All operational academy features—including student chess gameplay, live WebRTC video classrooms (ZextMeet), Swiss tournament brackets, tactical puzzle solving, Stockfish 16 analysis, and internal ZexChat—continue running 24/7 without interruption. Daily AI quotas automatically reset at midnight UTC.
4. Dodo Payments Merchant of Record & Accepted Currencies
All transactions on ZextaOS are securely managed by our global Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.

- Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI (India), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
- Automated Tax Compliance & Invoices: Dodo Payments automatically calculates regional sales taxes, GST, or VAT, and generates compliant PDF tax invoices available for instant download in Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
5. Free Trials, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% Card-Free Evaluation: Unlike legacy platforms, ZextaOS does not require credit card details upfront to start an evaluation. Your trial period is automatically provisioned without any risk of unexpected auto-debits.
- Graduated Evaluation Periods: Solo Coach includes 7 days, Academy OS includes 14 days, and Academy Pro Yearly includes a full 30-day evaluation period with complete feature access.
- Graceful Transition Upon Expiration: When your evaluation concludes, your account smoothly pauses on your billing dashboard prompting you to select a plan. No funds are charged automatically, and all your student records, games, curriculums, and tournaments remain 100% safe in our database.
- One-Click Cancellation & Management: Active subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time directly through Dashboard → Settings → Billing. You retain complete academy access until the conclusion of your paid cycle.
